The Asus ROG Phone 7 series was released earlier this month, and the company is rumored to be planning to release two more smartphones later this year, designated ROG Phone 7D and ROG Phone 7D Ultimate. A reliable source has leaked the launch schedule and other important details of these purported smartphones, despite the fact that the smartphone manufacturer has not announced them. In China, the Asus ROG Phone 7D series is anticipated to debut in the second half of 2023. Both devices are anticipated to be powered by a SoC from the Dimensity 9000+ series.
Together with NewzOnly, tipster Paras Guglani (Twitter: @passionategeekz) has disclosed information about the launch of the rumored Asus ROG Phone 7D and ROG Phone 7D Ultimate. According to the source, Asus will launch these handsets in China in August.
In addition to leaking the launch schedule, the source has also divulged essential specifications of these handsets. According to Guglani, the Asus ROG Phone 7D will carry the model numbers AI2301_A and AI2301_C, while the ROG Phone 7D Ultimate will carry the model numbers AI2301_B and AI2301_D.
In addition, the ROG Phone 7D series is expected to be propelled by a SoC from the Dimensity 9000+ series. MediaTek has not yet officially announced the rumored chipset, so no information about it is available. It is anticipated to launch as the Dimensity 9200+ SoC. The devices may include up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

Both smartphones are rumored to ship with Android 13 and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. They are anticipated to include 6,000 mAh batteries and 65W rapid charging support.
