Watch: ISRO Releases Video of Chandrayaan-3's 'Pragyan' Rover moving on moon
ISRO also released the image of the lander taken by Chandrayaan-2's Orbiter High-Resolution Camera.
ISRO released a magnificent video on Friday of the Chandrayaan-3 mission's rover 'Pragyan' rolling down from the lander 'Vikram' to the lunar surface, as captured by the lander imager camera. "... and here is how the Chandrayaan-3 Rover descended from the Lander to the Lunar surface," the national space agency wrote alongside the video posted on 'X'.
ISRO also released an image of the soft-landed spacecraft captured by the Orbiter High-Resolution Camera (OHRC) aboard Chandrayaan-2.
"Chandrayaan-3 Mission update: I have observed you! Chandrayaan-2 Orbiter photographic sessions Chandrayaan-3 Touchdown! Chandrayaan-2's Orbiter High-Resolution Camera (OHRC) -- the camera with the highest resolution presently available around the moon -- detects Chandrayaan-3 Lander following its landing on 23/23/23, according to an ISRO announcement.

The 2019-launched Chandrayaan-2 Orbiter continues to orbit the Moon.Wednesday, the Vikram spacecraft carrying the Pragyan rover landed on the Moon's surface "well within the area" designated for the mission.
A few hours following the touchdown, the 26-kilogram, six-wheeled rover emerged from the lander's midsection.
ISRO stated on Thursday evening that all activities are proceeding as planned. Every system is normal. Today, the Lander Module cargoes ILSA, RAMBHA, and ChaSTE are activated. Mobility operations for Rover have begun. On Sunday, the SHAPE payload on the Propulsion Module was activated."
India made history on Wednesday when the lander module of its third unmanned Moon mission made a flawless soft landing, making it only the fourth nation to accomplish this feat and the first to reach the uncharted south pole of Earth's only natural satellite.
